Dyslexia Assessments

Interview and Report

We offer a full Dyslexia assessment service. The first part of the process is a two hour interview which includes some interactive tests. The second part involves writing a report which will provide a profile of the person’s strengths and areas needing support. Suggested strategies and approaches to learning and life tasks will then be offered. Another meeting will then take place to discuss the findings and format of the report.

Cost

The cost of the assessment is available on request. The report is usually printed but can also be supplied in alternative formats such as email, as an audio file or in large print. If you would prefer the report in another format please contact us for availability.

Benefits

Although not having the same recognition as a report by an Educational Psychologist, an assessment will provide a great deal of information of use to the person with dyslexia and their employers or tutors.

Clear recommendations are made for approaches to tasks and areas of difficulty, which can be used by you, your employer or other people you are involved with. It will enable you to unlock your potential, using your strengths and working alternatively around weaknesses.
